The Root Box di The Root Theory è una stazione per il make-up realizzato a mano in bamboo, la migliore materia prima per i prodotti di tutti i giorni, poiché è leggero e, soprattutto, altamente sostenibile e rinnovabile.
Per questo motivo il bamboo è il materiale naturale ecologico per eccellenza!
Ci sono tanti modi per tenere in ordine e al riparo dalla polvere pennelli e cosmetici, ma The Root Box non è come gli altri contenitori sul mercato.
Infatti, è dotato di un cassetto facilmente estraibile, per ripulire la scatola facilmente; vari ripiani; uno specchio incorporato; spazio per lasciare i pennelli ad asciugare perfettamente orizzontali, in modo da mantenere la forma originaria; spazio per il vostro iPhone e iPad e un sistema reticolare, in attesa di brevetto, per organizzare tutti i pennelli, di qualsiasi dimensione.

Indeed, it features a drawer that can be easily removed to clean up the box, several shelves, a built-in mirror, space to let your brushes dry perfectly horizontally and flat, space for your iPhone and iPad and a patent pending lattice system to organize all your brushes no matter their size.

Dorothy e Thao sono due amiche di vecchia data dalla California che hanno studiato business e design. Hanno creato i primi contenitori/stand portatrucco nel 2014, vendendoli online su Etsy e nei mercatini dell’artigianato.
La loro prima scatola ha riscontrato un così vasto consenso da ispirarle a migliorarla, riprogettandola: così è nato il nuovo The Root Box.
Ora hanno bisogno del nostro aiuto! Dorothy e Thao hanno lanciato una campagna di raccolta fondi su Kickstarter per sostenere la loro idea.
Con una donazione si possono coprire i costi iniziali, in modo da consentire la produzione su vasta scala del The Root Box.
Who are the designers and creators? Women like us!
Dorothy and Thao are two old-time friends who have studied business and product design from California. They created their first make-up box/stand back in 2014 and sold it on Etsy and local craft fairs.
Their make-up box had such a great success that they’ve decided to redesign and improve the initial product, this is how The Root Box prototype was born.
Now it needs your help! Dorothy and Thao have launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter to support their little, big idea.
You can do a little donation to covert the starting costs and let everyone enjoy this products around the globe from 2016.
